KECIAI is an AI web design agency and part of TCAI Solutions. This privacy policy applies to all KECIAI services, including keciai.nl, dashboard.keciai.nl and related products and services.

We only collect data necessary for our services:

• Client data: company name, address, CoC number, contact person, billing details
• Website visits: IP address (anonymized), browser type, visited pages, referring website
• Giveaway entries: name, email address, company name (if provided)
• Partner registrations: name, email address, company name, website, referral code

We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health, religion or political preferences).

• Service delivery: executing agreements and delivering our products and services

9. TCAI Solutions decides in case of disputes. No correspondence will be entered into regarding results.
10. Employees of TCAI Solutions and KECIAI are excluded from participation.

The following terms apply to the KECIAI partner program.

1. Commission is awarded via a unique referral link per partner.
2. Payment is made after the referred client has paid.
3. The commission percentage may be changed with 30 days notice.
4. The partner program provides no guarantee of income.
5. TCAI Solutions determines partner acceptance and may terminate a partnership at any time.
6. Partners may not use the KECIAI brand in a way that is misleading or harmful.
7. In case of suspected fraud or abuse, the partner account will be immediately suspended.
